    I'm not going to make excuses for Stern's Q.C., and Bally/Wms well, they’re gone, but I'm surprised no one kept him informed on the progress of a solution. I know Cointaker Chris takes things seriously and makes a note in his Franklin. My guess he's caught in the middle.

    Hang in there Gusphan, Stern ships games all over the world they know all about shipping and climate change and how to address these problems. That's why they are pros. They've been in business forever. After reading posts like this, if I did buy new we'd have to talk a lot about warranty both major and minor issues and who pays what. Let's see what happens with customer service for Gusphan.
