    You are right, prices went way up after the market busted. I do not know how people can argue with you on that:

    I got a Totan on CL that was posted for a week during that time for 2700. It was posted for a week. It was in the Bay Area, not some back woods area. I posted my HUO TSPP for 2900 and it took 2 weeks to sell. I bought my MB for 4200 off of Little Shop of Games. It was originally listed on Ebay. I bought it over a 3500 one that was listed locally because the Mosh pin hole was blown out.

    AFM, TZ, were 3500 games, MM and CC were closer to 5500-6000.

    Only downturn is the remakes bring MM, AFM, and other classics down. They still aren't 2008-09 numbers. I've kept all of my bay area for sale and offer emails. Also my ebay purchases.
