Every year my family would go to the pinball show in Chicago (Expo). We did this for at least five years in a row. I have two boys. So basically my wife would hang out in the room and read, go to dinner with us, and sometimes watch us on the floor.
Several years back I wasn't really tracking pinball. Didn't even know that WoZ was going to be at the show. Anyway, we round the corner and my wife stops me and said "look at that Wizard of OZ. Didn't know they made one of those". Anyway, she then proceeds to play several games. That is the first time in five years she played a game. She was transfixed to the LCD too. Bottom line is WoZ is a disrupter. It is a game changer. It turns heads and is really in a class of its own.
Before we left, we worked out a deal with Jack....whom I had done business with several years earlier. I had purchased a Monopoly thru him.
Yes we had a couple issues. They are all fixed. WoZ by far gets played at least 3 to 1 over the other titles I own. They always say "don't confuse activity with production". They may be slow, by JJP is producing a product that has changed the market. More expensive? Yes, but worth it by far.
