While current games don't look like tables anymore, they definitely used to. But anyway, I never hear someone say, Pinball Table. But when I do hear the term, it generally is an easier replacement for the long winded term, Pinball Machine. I like that table or which tables do you own. And then only among hobbyists.
I have always heard the term deck only refer to the playfield itself.

In German, Kast means cabinet, which would make more sense. I guess Dutch is different.
