I definitely agree that you should not read Pinside if it offends you. Why take the time to get upset? There are people that I respect from a distance, since I don't know them, like bkerins and pinballmolly. I'm sad to see them go, but that's their choice. I can still appreciate their contributions to pinball.
Do I agree with those that think people should always change with the times? Not always. People are people. Why should one culture be more right than another? Who gets to make that decision?

I actually think that kind of response (from Kayluh) is the sign of somebody with serious issues who probably needs to talk it out with someone. A sense of humor about all things is a pretty healthy thing, I think, and indicative of people who are pretty comfortable in their own skin.
