Okay - so I'll bite.
I completely agree with you that WOZ is arguably one of the most (if not the most) beautiful games ever produced. Likewise, the game is sufficiently deep to keep even the best players engaged. Finally, as an electronics technician and as a person with decent observation skills - the game is frankly built like a tank. It is QUALITY - and I would argue one of the best built, most solid, and most technologically advanced machines on the market today.
All of that said - I REALLY wanted to love my WOZ but it only lasted a few months at my house because I tend to like fast, furious, and frenetic game play. WOZ was just not my cup of tea. I would go days without turning it on - and when I did turn it on and played a game it never made me feel like I had to play "just one more game". If I had the resources to have a larger pin collection I may have kept it - but I don't normally have more than 4 or 5 pins at a single time. All of that said - I have no idea why people would HATE WOZ (or any other pin for that matter). It's all fun!
