O.P. I wouldn't take it personal, it might eat you up. In general I think people have a hard time seeing beyond their own line of site, especially in retail or when it comes to something they want. For example, go sit at the door of any retail store and watch how many people let the door smack the next person coming in instead of holding it(whether there on the phone are just in a hurry to get what they came for). All seem to be consumed with something else enough to lose all interest in being considerate. Common courtesy and consideration are not something that seem to be practiced as much anymore.
Its not to say everyone is like, just a lot more than there used to be. There are some great people/buyers out there, don't let the selfish ones take away from the considerate ones.
Lastly, I would recommend 20+ pics per game. I still scratch my head when sellers don't have any pictures listed but still want thousands for a game. If someone calls you on another game that's not listed and its for sale, why not take the pictures and post another for sale ad. More work at the beginning taking pics etc might save you a lot of trouble in the long run. Just a thought-
Stay strong and good luck
