Check the humidity % in your house or the room that this machine is in.
Look around the room, is it near an A.C. unit or near the ventilation of a central air vent.
Near a bathroom/shower.
Basements, even if finished can have a higher humidity level.
Try putting a smaller size bucket of "Damprid"
where the coinbox goes and see if that helps.
