When I accept an order in my Pinside shop/store, I typically provide additional info. But if a customer replies to me from within the store, I never get a notification that the customer is requesting additional info through the Pinside site. This results in me not responding because I did not get a notification, and the customer becomes frustrated. I have been scorched twice due to this, and would very much like to ensure I get these vital notifications.
So in short. How do I insure I get notified when a customer is trying to contact me from within the store, through the Pinside site?
