    People get cold feet all the time. From ordering a burger a maccas to a new car. People get embarrassed they cant come up with the funds. People genuinely don't want the item anymore and "feel bad" so they just leave it up in the air. As if no one here has changed their mind. People are people. What happened to you is not right no. But that's people. Thats life.
