Im doing a FH PF swap and every post and screw breaks off. Its a real PITA.

Heat the screws from the bottom with a soldering iron to loosen up the Loctite. That should help prevent them from breaking.

And here I thought they did it just to pi** me off. As I recall I discovered it on a BOP. Broke everything into the plafield that had a thread.

I tried that some years back on a Banzai Run, don't know if it was the age of the Loctite or what, didn't make a difference.

I hope other people have better luck with heat.

I have found it is hit and miss on if sys 11 games had it or not. My Whirlwind and High Speed did not. My earthshaker, Funhouse, and Riberboat Gambler did.

Same with the heat method. Sometimes heat worked, sometimes it didn't. If the game was a keeper, I was just dremeling them out anyways, and replacing the t nuts, posts, and standoffs.

Some of the screws on FH aren't available and the ones from the hardware bins look like crapola.

The heat method worked for me about 75% of the time. Didn't have any problems with my Whirlwind, but Taxi and Earthshaker had Loctite.
