Yep I'm extremely new to owning a Pinball but I do know how to lift the playfield... Hey I even know that I should remove the balls first!
Awesome.... Thanks for everyone's help...

I'm a new pin owner too, you're not alone! At least we can always come here to Pinside to read and learn from those with much more experience. BTW, after some advice, I bought a couple dozen #47 bulbs for my playfield to keep on hand just a couple of days after registering on the forum. Now, the next question is, how the heck do I install them? LOL.

Of course, this begs the question: How many pinball noobs does it take to change a lightbulb?

FWIW, I also learned that #47 is a great replacement for the #44 bulb, less heat and power drain. Doesn't solve the left/right lane drain, or the SDTM, though! That I've learned the hard way, and didn't need feedback here to learn that lesson.

Quoted from blondetall:

I highly recommend doing a count, as my owners manual on 2 different machines has been wrong now. Also, order extra in case you miscount, have a few bad bulbs, etc. Nothing worse than not being able to finish because you ran out of bulbs. I did it just last week with my NGG so I know first hand. Oh... dont forget about the backbox lights, which I dont think are listed in the manual.

Great advice! As I posted before, I have two dozen #47 bulbs on hand, just in case. Thanks, Pinsides!
