Why can't I find a shooter lane bracket and rollover wire for a Grand Lizard? I actually only need the rollover wire itself. It looks like its part# A-5844-46 which I can't find anywhere. Any help?

Thanks sir, I figured that was the next step, so I will go that route. I have a rollover bracket similar to that marcos one so I will just get a new rod and bend a new one

Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

A required long term repair tool.
Not overly complex, and highly adjustable.
Much more accurate than wooden blocks, vises, and pliers.
Normally you can find a template for the requirement of gate.
Alternatively, an owner can make their own for guidance.
Know the gauge and type of wire needed for the specific gate.

Wire is cheap, skills are affordable, experience is invaluable.

Thanks, will order one

Why? I dont understand why people are met with answers like these. You could possibly be joking or maybe your being sarcastic. It seems to me that very often when someone asks a question that they first didn't exhaust every possible means to answer themselves that they are then met with responses like these?

To be honest, I am just glad for LTGs advice whenever he gives it, and honestly he was right. while I would have been fine ordering a new one, I finally just fashioned one that worked. It just took a lot of trial and error.

I asked mostly because I was having so much trouble looking up what I thought would be a common part, and figured I was missing something in the search process.
