I recently picked up a NASCAR having never played one before. I've found that it's a great shooting game with flow on the order of NGG (Lawlor's best shooting game IMHO). In fact, the shots/flow are so good that it's easily a top 100 game IMHO. Ignoring the theme this is maybe even a top 15 *playing* game for me. Unfortunately the theme doesn't do anything for me, so it's more on the order of a WCS where it plays great but doesn't exactly blow your hair back otherwise (though it does have some really cool features!). I'll have to wait and see if it grows on me as a package (theme/rules/shots).

I should note that I don't have any SDTM issues on my instance. In general the game feels solid and plays well.

...Short and sweet for me is that nascar seems to be a very solid "player's" game.
