I need a stencil kit made for my Zaccaria robot. I usually use lonnie for stencils, but the materials he uses, is very hard to work with, with extreme detailed stencils. Robot has a ton of detail and i'm afraid it will be another nightmare like the Miss World project was. It's only 2 colors. I can scan in the entire cabinet and touchup the files, so they are ready to go to whoever can make the stencils. If I could get them lazer cut in plastic sheets, sheet metal, or thin wood sheets, that might be better than the stick and peel methods.

who would you recommend I go to for making me a set?

I need to know what format to scan this cabinet in, that most stencil makers use as well.

So you found a robot , Nice! If you send your images to someone to cut They should be vector images ,I think EPS format would work for most programs for cutting.
