Quoted from kaneda:

WTF are you talking about street price? $6500 is the price . This isn't cocaaine.

Kaneda,

It's a well established fact that Stern MSRP is not the final price for NIB Sterns. Many distributors can offer a price that is typically $1,000 or more cheaper than the Stern MSRP.

So the price for Nellie will not be $6,500 for those buyers who take the time to research the best price.

Quoted from kaneda:

Have any of their new releases sold a grand cheaper than the MSRP that's on their website? Didn't know this. Thanks for the constructive answer.

Yes. Every single one of them.

Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

Even the most expensive EM out there (Fireball, Bally 1972) in NEAR MINT condition is not going for $5000+ and there are nearly ZERO out there in the wild jungle.
Most excellent examples are still well under $3k.
I cannot even think of another EM that even comes close to this amount off hand, although there are a few in the $2-3K range.

There are numerous examples of EM machines selling for more than $5,000.

I sold my Restored Sample Fireball for $6,500 in 2013.

While Fireball is popular, it is far from the most expensive.

The EM market has much more to offer than just $500 player machines.
