The expectations and hype is through the roof for jjp3, going to be hard for it to live up to it

Past successes provide no guarantee of a great game. Would not be the first hyped game to not live up to expectations and/or universal love. Should be interesting to see.

Regardless, Doom will be the most talked about machine coming out of expo okay, maybe not, but betting it has long lines to play.

Once you get past the title, dialed on has a lot going for it (except the price). I think if had been called "disaster city" or something like that and the cellphone feature would have been viewed as a cool feature/twist. Game, animation, etc looks to me like Simcity

Did not get to play Alien line was too long and it was shutoff during banquet. The look of the playfield, toys, art, etc did not blow me away, struck my the look of a 90s gottlieb. The display stuff, from the bits I saw looked pretty good. Suspect alien fans will be happy overall, but don't see this becoming a must have pin for many.

B66s looked colorful, bright and with some cool stuff, but who can really tell when it was not flipping.

P3 had a four machine setup with their different games. games always being played but no lines, then again even dialed in was never more than one person waiting, which says more about attendance, both Friday and Saturday night pretty quiet in be for hall.

No remake announcement, not sure if the backed off with so many other things or if they have run into delays or. . .

Dominoes -- looks nice with s cohesive art package, has similarities to other spooky pins. looks pretty basic, but given the primary market is dominoes franchise owners, probably has the right balance between approachable and maintainable while being a fun play.

Homebrew section great as always. Eric's ironman with HD clips is looking really nice and he just recently started it. Total annihilation is an 80s style game on steroids as far as an amazing RGB light shows, sounds/music and nice speed and features. Doom looked awesome, but only had one quick game on it? Given the layout lots of potential once Matt gives the rules focus. Buffy continues to impress and gets better each year, Great quality to the game both the fit and finish of the machine and the rules and animations. Don't get how this machine does not get moreove. Nightmare before Christmas has lots of potential and advanced nicely with graphics, looking forward to seeing real Ramps and art on it.

I'll let others comment on my machine, Casino.

Overall a great expo, seemed there was a really positive vibe thoughout the show, despite seeming a little quiet. Really enjoyed getting to meet a bunch of pinsiders. I'm an introvert so nice when folks stop by to play my game and introduce themselves, great putting a face to a name, even though I suck at remembering them.
