    My first impression is it is really chopped up. Sometimes you can't do anything about it, based on the house layout - it is what it is. But you are going to walk through 3 'rooms' to get to the bathroom so keep that in mind.

    As mentioned above, dump the pool table, or at least wait for a while before you buy one. If you do get one, would it fit in the current tv space? You should swap those areas so your seating is in the same sight lines as your bar.

    Make your island bigger. If you are a wine drinker and host parties, most people will want to congregate at bar, much like parries always end up in the kitchen/dining room. It should seat 10 with the space you have.

    Keep the popcorn bar, cause you need a fridge back there. No way I'm walking all that way to get another beer. Put popcorn machines get nasty quick.
