The Who's Tommy Pinball Wizard

Need some help with my Tommy CPU board. I sent it to be repaired because a switch and coil were not working. I get a call from the guy and he tells me it no longer boots. I get it back and was able to eventually boot it up but now fuse 5 on the psb immediately blows on start up. I disconnect the plug that was repaired and it doesn’t blow. Any ideas what is wrong?
