I realize that the boards of Stern's SPIKE 2 system are supposed to be replaced rather than repaired, but the sound/amp part of my BK:SOR's CPU board needs to be repaired and I would rather not replace the whole CPU. The game's sound is obviously compromised by a failing with that part of the board, although the rest of the game works fine. I was told by Stern that the "audio chip" on the board must be bad.
If you know of a board wizard who might take this on, I would be grateful if you would refer me to him/her. I already reached out to TheKorn per another Pinisider's suggestion and am waiting to hear back.
Thanks!
