I just picked up a Sorcerer in need of love and a new playfield. Classic Playfield Reproductions has this on the radar and I dont see it happening anytime soon. I want to know if they all have wear or am I in the minority on this.

Mine has wear, I've pre-ordered the CPR one but would jump on something sooner. It looks like it has no clear, as mentioned below and the wear spots and insert decals are creating trash that just wears it more.
From what I've heard these runs had very little, if any, clear of any kind - I've yet to see what I would consider a nice looking one.
I "preordered" a playfield from CPR. Hopefully not a super long wait but I will be as patient as needed. Just happy that they are in the line up to be made.
Does your wear affect play? If so, get a playfield protector and wait for the CPR. If not... wait for the CPR.
Some wear and very minor insert cupping on mine. Plays OK, but I installed a protector anyway. Plays like new now.
I'm on the CPR sign up list. Might put the protector over the CPR playfield when installed, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
How long does it take for CPR playfields to follow up on emails? I have no idea if they have reserved mine or not.

Seems like lately they have not been sending out confirmation emails for playfield list additions.

I had the same issue. I reached out in an email and asked if I should resubmit my order. That was a month ago, still no response.
