    Thinking it may be Gottlieb (of the big 3) but by how much? I guess it could be measured by both titles and/or total units made. Are all pin production numbers known? I do understand some individual game numbers are not reliable. Any way to make a ball park estimate? Ex.
    X 750,000
    Y 500,000
    Z 250,000

    Did one company make 2 or 3 times the number of pins as the next? My uneducated guess would be:
    #1 Gottlieb
    #2 Williams
    #3 Bally

    My gut reaction would be Gottlieb--they had flipperless games out in the 1930s and was still putting out some EMs up until 1979.

    Bally was late to the pinball EM scene...they did quite a number of bingo, bat, and novelty games first.
