Wow, I haven't seen Cantillon around here in 3 years. It has gotten really rare and popular. If you are ever in Brussels be sure to tour the brewery!

Brewing one of my alltime favorites. Red Hook Double Black Imperial Stout. I haven't brewed it since 2014, has 15oz of Starbucks espresso in it. I'm tired of the crazy beers on the shelf that don't taste good and disappear these days. Time to get back to the classics that I miss from the 90's. Red Hook ESB will be next my batch and maybe those old skool brews from Colorado like Odell easy street wheat, Avery out of bounds stout and Pyramid apricot ale.
