The place was a sports pub that opened early for soccer fans so they could see the international matches. For many years they had a 1/2 price draft beer / half price Appetizer special on Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. We would go get a couple Abt 12’s ,a pound of mussels with garlic bread toast points and the bill would only be $12plus a tip for the bartender. Best Sunday lunch ever!
Just make sure that you ate some breakfast early before going or you would leave catching a Wicked Buzz!
It's one of my favourites beers too, among many others 
Fortunately there are lot of options of high quality beers out there.
For half price draft St Bern I would have been there every day

I visited Prague in Czech Republic last week for business and I was fortunate enough to have a Czech partner to walked me around. We avoided all touristic places and I enjoyed the real Prague visiting a couple of genuine Czech pubs.
Highly recommended for beer lovers!
