Brewing one of my alltime favorites. Red Hook Double Black Imperial Stout. I haven't brewed it since 2014, has 15oz of Starbucks espresso in it. I'm tired of the crazy beers on the shelf that don't taste good and disappear these days. Time to get back to the classics that I miss from the 90's. Red Hook ESB will be next my batch and maybe those old skool brews from Colorado like Odell easy street wheat, Avery out of bounds stout and Pyramid apricot ale.

Bravo sir! While I don't brew as much as I used to. I still drink mostly beer I make. I have my pale ale in the fermenter

I will just PM you my address real quick....

Quoted from Viggin900:

Pyramid apricot ale

That was a good one. See above

And kudos to ya for making a Double Black Imperial Stout Red Hook. The ESB was a staple in my diet at one time back in the day. Not even sure if those are made anymore commercially. I'm sure that the recipe has altered/changed if they are though.

Found a decent Hazy tonight. Brewed and canned here in FL. See pic.

O how I miss the fresh West Coast IPA's though. Native Californian me.

Cheers! Are you drinking that right now? I sell Toppling Goliath and haven't seen that beer in about a year.

No…. It’s been in the fridge for quite some time. It was my last one so I saved it. I have some much older beer that that ……..2013

Enjoy that vintage Fat Tire, they are rolling out the re-brand, and they didn't just change the label this time. It's no longer an Amber, now it is a Golden Ale.

My wife is in the can end business. Her boss engineered the latest end with the thinner aluminum money saving measures.

Save the can!

Here’s some photos I took

That is wild. Like why? Fat Tire is a classic. Why not just make a new beer? So weird.

I visited Prague in Czech Republic last week for business and I was fortunate enough to have a Czech partner to walked me around. We avoided all touristic places and I enjoyed the real Prague visiting a couple of genuine Czech pubs.
Highly recommended for beer lovers!

I haven’t sipped this one in a while. Well balanced flavors. The heat from the pepper is pretty mild.
