I agree. Better than official but I like a stronger citrus to my neipa’s

Would love to try some of The Bruery. Don’t see it much around here. Came across the Vermont Sticky Maple once. Passed it up because it was $12 for a pint. Kicking myself for that.

Ask meSz how much those Black Tuesdays are. I’d love one but dang

Can only imagine. Toppling Goliath does special release too. I think usually about $100-$150 for 2 x 22 oz bottles. I think they do a special event for the Kentucky Brunch Stout that is $2500 and you get 4 x 12 oz bottles and 2 x 22 oz. As much as I would love to try these, and can afford it, I still have a hard time justifying the costs.

$2,500 for 92 oz of beer?! That is insane! I love beer but Toppling Goliath hasn’t done anything to command that amount for any of their beers.

It’s not cheap (if I recall the price out the door was 35$ for a bomber) but have to remember that shipping isn’t cheap either. The two together makes it expensive.

But PROST anyhow...

New Anthem from Wilmington,NC. I got it at Beer Run in Charlottesville. I’m not sure we have distro here in Richmond. Would that be Kevin Norwood in Hanover?

Interesting. When it says spices, I would never guess cinnamon to be the dominant flavor

Me too, the description stated “hints of cinnamon”. Still a good beer and I would recommend it.

Additionally, my parents are making their annual trip out east. I am trying to talk them into stopping at treehouse, but it depends on what time they leave NH. If they stop for me I’ll have them grab some extra... their shit is unquestionably the best NEIPAs I’ve ever had

As a local, who lives 45 minutes away, I would humbly and respectfully inform you that there are a bunch of newer small breweries that have come on-line in the last 5 or so years that make a product as good, if not SUBSTANTIALLY better, than anything by TH, and usually cheaper, too. Many are readily available in run-of-the-mill liquor stores as well, so you don't have to take a special trip.

I know its all subjective, and it's just an option. Not trying to interject.

Also, many once highly sought after beers are now always or almost always available in local stores year round. Think Sip of Sunshine, Fiddlehead, Heady Topper, etc. This is about the best part of living in New England at this point, haha.

And I totally get "it", TH DOES make many great beers, but there is serious competition and many options in these parts nowadays.

Cheers!
