no teasing with showing us the box. show the beer!!!!

Well, since you asked for it. I just realized I never opened yesterday's! Nothing's blown my socks off so far, but I kind of feel like a kid waiting to see what's behind the door each day. A kid who likes beer.

Aldi beer advent calendar 1-6:

Nice! My wife got me one as well.

I’d be surprised if most of them aren’t underwhelming. It’s a nice idea for a gift though.

This is today. Yesterday was a dunkel weisse that was pretty good.

Wish we had Publix. Get the 120 min ipa. That’s killer! Or world wide stout!!!

My choices were 60 minute, 90 minute and that low ABV shit. I loaded up on 60 and 90. I’ve had the 120 before and it is good. Truly I’ve mostly been drinking Bush Light during the holidays, but I could not resist B1G1 Dogfish.

I drink bush light from the tap all day. It’s called water

I hear ya. Bush is actually pretty good for what it is. I just can’t drink 300 calorie beers in quantity so it’s either Bush Light or Whiteclaw...

Shiner Bock and have you tried their Holiday Beer?

Malted milk ball is good. I wish I could’ve got some no rules and the variants. No rules is my favorite.

Enjoying this hazy double!!

Quoted from Bax1:

That was actually one of the main reasons we went there--to get some NR. It showed as available on their website, but when we got there, they told us it was seasonal and they didn't have any. It was rather confusing, I must admit. Their tap list showed it as available as well.

Either way, we decided not to call ahead anyway and just rolled with whatever happened.

#2531 3 years ago

a co worker of mine went to stand in line when they came out with it this spring. She was there super early and people were leaving with it by the case. there was no limit on regular and could only get a couple bottles of each variant. they sold out by that afternoon. crazy...wish Meijer didn't jack it up and they distributed it again.

Oldie but goodie. Forgot how good these are. On #4.
