I wish there was somewhere here in the Denver area that made good beer....
If it says "lite" or "light" it's NOT beer!
It would simply be beer flavoured carbonated water!
Why is lite beer like making love in a canoe?
Because its fukin close to water.
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:Never seen a glass like that one Choochoo. Where did you find that?
Does it enhance the beer drinking experience?
Are you only supposed to drink a "full bodied" beer from a glass like that?
I found that glass at a yard sale for 50 cents, it's actually the second one I've had, the first one broke. They are made of very fragile glass, I don't use it very often. I'd love to get my hands on more.
Quoted from ChooChooBarn:I'd love to get my hands on more.
*snicker*
Just ate three grilled bratwurst boiled in Killian's Irish Red and smothered in fresh salsa I made from tomatoes and onions from my garden.
So. F'ng. Good.
In recognition of this "who likes beer?" thread, I'll mention that some of you may want to mark your 2013 calendars for:
* August 2nd (1st Friday in Aug), International Beer Day
* Sep 28th, National Drink Beer Day (USA)
Cheers!!

Firebaall: You were much calmer on your above post compared to your Tequila/Mexico thread you started a while back.
Cheers!!
Cheers to another pic posted in this "who likes beer?" thread that shows a Gottlieb Joker Poker in the background!

Hmmm Duvel! Be sure to try the trippel hop variant, especially the 2012 one. Man, really REALLY good!
If you also get the chance to try Tongerlo and Westmalle trippel, don't let that pass you by either!
Love the zombie beer thread.
Everyone here always shows all these full beers? I thought you said you love them should they not be all empty?
Oh yeah that is my house. (me and a few buddies all drink and play pins)
I love a good Thursday beer, I'm down playing pin in the basement right now... And figured out why I get drunk playing is because I drink everytime I drain it... It's as bad as the century club drinking game
At a time like this, I like a good seasonal beer. I had a pumkin ale a couple years back that I can't seem to find this year

do you remember the pic of the label or name? it may have just stopped distributing to your area but could be in surrounding states. That's what happens in OH all the time.
I had plenty that night, but it seems like it might have been Harvest Moon by Blue Moon. I honestly can't remember though.
+1
Harder to find than it used to be but I have good friends that bring me a bottle when traveling out of state.
Not sure if these have been mentioned, but here goes . . . . .
Both are OUTstanding. Schlafly American IPA is a little bit cheaper than Founders Double Trouble IPA, but every bit as good. Up until about 2 months ago, I didn't care much for IPA's. Now, it's about the only style of beer I want to drink.
My new found love is Allagash Black, although I love the White and Tripel Reserve. I'm a bit biased as my brother-in-law is one of their reps and hooks me up when he comes to town.
Quoted from goodgameslover:I love beer! And i'm very lucky to be a Belgian. We may be a (very) small country, but our beer is famous around the world. So is our (belgian) chocolate btw.
We get some of the trappist beer where I live. I love it. I have some Orval in my fridge. I really enjoy Westmaale too.
Quoted from way2wyrd:These are a couple i tried the other night that were pretty good.
The brewery is from San Antonio
Bottle conditioned I see.
The sediment on the bottom must be the .7
Not drinking anything to fancy, but I do have some beers and some pin, it's my thur night tradition. Cheers!
Nimble,
that Autumn Maple is probably my favorite beer. The barrel aged one is to die for.
The bacon Rogue beer on the other hand i could pour on my pancakes. Not the best
