New beer on tap, a Vanilla Bourbon Barrel Porter. Fresh vanilla beans aged 4 months in oak wood chips, and blended with an entire handle (750mL) of Jim Beam in a 5 gallon batch. ABV is kicking around 9.5%
For the season, got a Pumpkin Pie and Dark Chocolate Ale at 4.8% ABV. Was a bit late making it, but still some left to enjoy during the winter months.
Finally finished installing all 16 of my taps on the keezer. Though at the moment I only have ten 5 gal kegs I own. Will get more soon enough.
Once weather gets better you'll see me at home brew festivals with my new custom jockey box. Has the same glass rinser as my keezer. The woodwork was done professionally, and wife got it for me as a christmas gift to cover the cooler. Gotta say I love my wife!
Got to share the beer, certainly cannot and will not drink it all alone! Share the cheer which is beer!
