I always liked the Stingo. Have, well had, 4 bottles of each year going back to 2009. Problem is....aging them is a hit or miss. The 2014 I had last night was sour. First one out of the 4 I had from 2014.
If you go to buy a Stingo stay away from the 2013. The had to have a bacteria issue or something as every bottle I had from that year tasted bad!
In my opinion you can’t go wrong with Sam Smith. They make some good beers!

Let me know if you get a 2016 bottle. Unfortunately the 2016 bottles didn’t make it to PA this year!!!

I've tried the oatmeal stout and it was tasty! I'll keep an eye out.

Checked today , only 2015 on the shelves . I'll keep checking , maybe the 2016 will make it to the shelves once the 2015 is gone . I did pick up a bottle of the 2015 .

Let me know what you think! Starting with the 2015 bottles they changed the labels as the original labels looked a lot like their Taddy Porter. I will also say that the 2015 appears to be darker in color than in the past!

I opened the Stingo tonight , I enjoyed it very much . ( I will be getting some more) . Also this past weekend I talked with the woman that owns a beer/wine shop near me about getting some 2016 stingo . She had much more knowledge on the subject of beer than others I talked to , so maybe I will will get ahold of some for you .
