I would vote for the EM Tech form to be included under both the EM hangout and Tech subforum.
I dont know if your db struct can currently support multiple parent keys tho.

I might vote for an EM pinball and an EM Game sub forum.

Using the other forums as an example you could use the granularity OR you could look at EM Hangout and see everything

This is my vote. You can still access the EM Hangout as a 1 click stop if you click on ELECTRO-MECHANICAL
OR you could look at granular sub categories so everyone could use the forum as they see fit.
