I avoid beer, not a huge beer fan to begin with but it's basically just liquid bread and so easy to pile on pounds with it so I avoid the stuff. Mostly dropped wine as well. I drink whiskey sometimes but only neat, I find that way it's fairly controlled at maybe 150-300 calories tops so it doesn't affect my fitness or lifestyle at all. I try to avoid mixing it as well because even then it's so easy to over do it.
