Got told to cut back by my Doctor earlier this month due to elevated liver enzymes. Didn't drink for 3 days, but then had a trip to Vegas and I know I destroyed my liver on that trip! Told myself I would cut back after Vegas and have been back 3 days and having a hard time doing it! I applaud all of you that have quit, it is not an easy thing to do! I smoked for almost 30 years at least I managed to give that up about 7 years ago! The difference from smoking to drinking was I was ready to give up smoking, I am not so ready to give up beer.
