I'll have a two finger pour of something maybe 4 nights a week. I can't remember the last time I was hammered been years. In moderation does no harm. I love the taste of straight bourbon and scotch and sipping rums. Don't care for beer at all. Beer will certainly pack on the weight. I also realize many people can become dependent. I'm fortunate in that it never has affected me in that way and I can turn it off and not miss it.
