Your better question may be: who still has an alotment of Wolverines that is not sold out. Now that the regular X-Men fans are discovering this pin is being made . . . this is turning into a hard machine to secure.

They are sold out from Stern for certain . . . I do not know about all the distributors but I saw in other threads some of the distributors had their allotments reduced . . . meaning other distributors sold out and snagged more than was expected. I am sure there are some distributors holding on to NIBs for the price bump.

Sold fast. We barely got some units. They are trying to get every distributor some of their order at least.

Exactly right, they are very happy that the demand exceeds the supply. People who say "they are leaving money on the table" do not understand what they are doing. Their model sold out (at least the Wolverine edition) within two weeks of pictures being released . . . and no video. No one wants to miss out on the next Tron LE or BIBLE.

Stern prefers this to over producing by a couple hundred units and having their product look like a poor investment as distributors cut prices (instead of raising them, as they are doing now). Of course, the problem with that model is it fuels competition entering your market . . .

I am balancing out Monday on my Wolverine LE. So amped.
