I called the restructuring phone number, and spoke to several store managers. All of the inventory, and the store fixtures belong to a 3rd party liquidation company. They are responsible for all of the pricing and % sale amounts. All parts drawers were set to $175.00 Ea, or $125.00 if you offer to buy all 8. What they told me is that the store managers also have the authority to sell and allow pick up prior to store closing, or accept an even lower price. I wasn't able to find a manager willing to do that. They are still stocking the stores from the RDC and selling at the sale prices till the inventory is all gone. That's why some stores are not letting go of the parts drawers or shelves because they need the space to restock.
