This is the kind of stuff that would be on their page all the time, and would overwhelm whatever marketing message they want to get across. At the end of the day, it is their page. If all someone wants to do is spew negative comments there are other forums to do so.
If they just want to put info out on Facebook, they could set their page so no one but their admins could post to it.
Instead, but only allowing positive, happy posts, they're making it pretty obvious to the rest of us that not all is 100% perfect in their world.
