Quoted from Edenecho:

Any idea/Suggestions?

I'd look over all of your switches. White wire in the right spot on black end of diode. Green wire in right spot. Silver band end of diode in the right spot ???

And switch wiring mashed together and shorting ?

Quoted from Edenecho:

you mean the four switches I am suspecting being involved somehow?
Also, does that mean you dont think it is a switch replacement issue, neccessarily?

Every switch on your game/switch matrix. New switch won't fix a problem like you described, unless shorted internally which would be extremely rare.
