DMD was not working. Lines all over screen. Tried unplugging ribbon cable and plugging back in, no luck. Tried a different ribbon cable from my original MM but still had lines all over DMD. When I plugged back in original ribbon cable the game now doesnt turn on at all! Red lights illuminate on boards in back box only. Not sure how to troubleshoot this. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like the CPU-board doesn't boot. The blanking LED is 'ON' and should be 'OFF' after a few seconds.

Thanks for taking the time to help me on this. Looks like D19 is staying on. I need to check D20 as I am not in front of it now. Based off of this being the issue does it sound like the CPU got fried? Or does the whole board generally need to be replaced?

I will need to check how many times D20 blinks but I don't remember seeing it blink at all from what I recall.

It can have different reasons why it won't boot. Could be another board as well.
-Try to boot without gray ribbon-cables on CPU-board
-Push all chips gently into their socket (with machine OFF).
    -measure 5Volt.

When mine gets lines all over the screen the 3amp fuse has blown the the 12v line .

I keep having gpod games, then all the sudden my 12v 3amp fuse blows. Ive noticed during games the ball through keeps ejecting balls repeatedly. Then on power up says check 12v opto.
    Cant figure this grelim out.
