One of the balls starts staged in the subway i believe.

1) I got it with 3 balls but it seems to need 4, according to manual. When I put 4 in the game it always releases 2 immediately to play with. When i remove one, back to 3 it only launches one. The setting Staged Ball is on.
2) The slot reel result after spinning does not match the DMD. The sequence seems ok : 3-1-2
3) NO G illumination in the backbox (Only flasher works) have to figure out wath GI cable is used
4) I have a strange black box in the back box... Any one has an idea what it could be?
5) Flashers work during the game but not in test menu...
