I haven't had trouble with williams flipper rebuild parts so far.

The majority of the coils I've purchased from them have been defective, half their flipper links have required drilling out because they bound up, and they often take longer to ship things out than PBR does to arrive. Then again I've gotten bad parts from marco and pbr before too...

I end up ordering from marco usually because they seem to have the best quality rubber.
