Hi all, I have a whitestar board from my NASCAR that has a bad CPU chip at U209 the chip part number is EF68b09EP, so by I ordered EF68b09P...and I threw it and of course it didn't work. I tried another one and got the same results, I pulled a EF68b09EP out of RBION and the game fired up, so I know it's the chip. Can one of you electronic gurus verify that these chips are indeed not compatible? Thanks

Damn...found it. The "E" is for external clock...which means the "non E" is not compatible...Booo!

E version needs an External oscillator, non E has an internal oscillator.
P means Plastic housing
