Refresh...refresh...refresh...OP has a life, give him a break. He has all the right priorities.

True true, but he's talented too. Can't help but be anxious for this.. .I'm hopeful he finds the time.

Hi. As there is no music out yet for download I decided to give it a try for myself.
I have two track left to reorchetrate and a couple of tracks a friend of me is going to make some guitars for.
Please send me the sfx folder, then we can merge my music with your sfx and callouts. At least until your music is finished.
Here is a sample from my soundtrack.

Wow, so different styles and choices of music for personalized mixes? Nice!

Quoted from Sgrsgr:

To make this?? Just a couple of synthesizers, Korg Triton, Roland XV5080, Korg TR and a Sound Canvas 88
The whole soundtrack is built on a couple of tracks that is built around each other. Every raft/main song is the same exept some instrument add on and some minor adjustment in base/drums. But when you came up to the end things get very fast and there is a lot going on. The last wet willie song for example is crazy.
I try to listen to the original song in FL studio at a very slow rate, as low as 40BPM and try to pinpoint each note for each instrument and the rev it up to original speed, like 114 or 140BPM. Time consuming, yes. But I think it will make a big difference to the game. I started this project i december 2019. It was way more than I thought at the start.
Nice to hear you like it.

I'm not a musician so bear with me... Is the primary song stored as a midi-like file such that it would easy for someone capable to change instruments and adjust the overall mood of things? A metal version!? If so, would be neat to swap between different versions with pinsound.

Here we go:
I look for two people who KNOW THE MACHINE INSIDE OUT to test my current mix.
You need to know the sounds, you need to have a fine ear.
TWO PEOPLE ONLY. You cannot share the mix, but you can keep it. Don't PM me! Just write here. Have some time. let me know. Awesome!

I love the game and can't wait to test this mix, but alas, I don't have the ears you seek. I won't notice if sounds are missing or played improperly.

First time testing in the real machine today....

It's amazing how much the music can change the overall feel and vibe of a machine.

Sued..? You can allways come to the town of Skellefteå i northen sweden the 21-23 of may. Chris Granner is suposed to be there for himself along with Brian Eddy talking about pinball. Then you can ask for permision ) There is a large game show there. Not only pinball.
Information only in swedish in link below: But try google translate.

Frivolous lawsuits (and threats!) rarely come from creators or inventors of the actual work. They come from investor/corporate types.

Thanks mate!
I've been emailing Nicolas from Pinsound, he's amazingly responsive At the moment I believe it could be a firmware issue as my board is an old v1.3 Pinsound 1.

I've had a pinsound+ standing by for this since Chicago Expo last year. Has anyone confirmed it works okay?
I suppose I'll find out soon enough and will report back.

I just did mine and it worked fine with the file that Sgrsgr posted. Took a while for the conversion and checking of the files to complete.
My initial impressions of this mix are very good. Some of the sounds are too quite and others are too loud. So some tweaking needs to take place.

When possible, please post videos of the mixes.

Out of curiosity, if you play WH2O with pinsound legacy mix, does it sound right? Does it have similar timing or other problems?
I often wonder how many of the issues are related to the mix and related to pinsound.
