Hello, does anyone know if there are LED's available to replace the 161 bulbs in the Whitewater topper? Are those flasher bulbs? Thank you.

Any 12v wedge base LED would work in there. It would likely alter the waterfall effect, however.

Only replace with 194's.
As I recall pinball life had them pretty cheap.
