I am working on a white star CPU board and need to know where to get a u213 pal16l8???
Turning on the machine and all voltages are good but led 204 flashes and relay clicks on driverboard

I just shorted my whitestar NASCAR out fiddling with some mods. It is displaying the same behavior you mention.

I was messing with the 12V printer accessory plug in the front right area of the machine when it happened.

Blew rectifier # 3 and replaced it, still clicking.

How did you track this down?

I have seen this problem a few times
And it has been the pal chip at u213
