On average, how many free play machine are there? And are they a mixture of new and old?

Quoted from too-many-pins:Last year I think the count of freeplay machines was something like 165 to 170 on Friday. Nice mix of everything from a couple prewar machines right up to the latest titles. There is a bingo row for people interested in bingos, a nice selection of EM & also a fair amount of SS machines. That count of freeplay machines does not include new machines in vendor booths or other machines in vendors booths that might be on for people to play. For example I had 8 machines in my booth last year that were on for people to play them and they got as much action on them as a good many machines on the floor in freeplay
Excellent! Thank you for the info.
Quoted from too-many-pins:As a past member of the TCA (Train Collectors Association) I know how many vendors & customers the York Fairground will hold. In the past when I was setting up at the two TCA shows each year they used every building at the fairground and still sold out the show every year.
I'm skipping the TCA show to attend the pinball show this year! They still use 90% of the buildings in the TCA show . I'm looking forward to thia show and bringing someone with me!
Quoted from Butch2099:I also have a Batman Dark Knight I can bring to the booth. Excellent condition, $5,000 if pre-sold. Not bringing otherwise. Open to trades. Looking for X-Men, ACDC, Guardians of the Galaxy, other DMD titles.
Ugh. My wife would kill me!
I enjoyed the show with my wife . We had a good time! I was hoping to play some modern non-Stern games but they did not have any. I spent a lot of time playing Cointaker's games. They had 9 or 10 games at the show. I was very close to leaving with a Jurassic Park I decided to wait and see what the new Stern release will be. All in all, a good value for 15 bucks.
The burrito place right outside of the fairgrounds was amazing. Rob's burritos or something along those lines.
