Hello
I have a problem with whirpool in my white water
Some times de lights are off and the ball comes into the whirpool, pass to lost mine a trought it to playfield but the machine don´t mark it!!
Like in whirpool challenge I can´t pass more than 5.000.000 millions

Any idea??

Go into switch test mode and check the opto switch on the trough. If it doesn't work, try cleaning the ramp and optos.

The optos aren't the issue. Your "whirlpool enter" switch is not registering. Remove the back canyon plastic (two screws) and find out why the switch isn't registering. Most likely it has broken loose from the ramp from being bashed thousands of times and is floating somewhere behind that plastic.
