Please, I need help i have a massive brain knot
When I activate the upper right flipper finger on the Whirlwind Pinball, the left flipper is also activated.
With the left flipper, the top right one also goes with it.
Interconnect board is absolutely inconspicuous, in its original state, no damage or short circuits

I measured 7 ohms between Blk / Yel & Blu / Gry directly on the switches in the cabinet. At J10 interconnect board pin 2/3 8.8 ohms.
Here I found traces of overheating under the pin headers and renewed the pin headers. Without a plug, there is no passage here, so OK.
The left flipper is still triggered with the top right flipper and the top right flipper with the left one.
It looks like there should be a connection between Blk / Yel & Blu / Gray, but it isn't.
Measures on the Plug 10 to the Interconnect Board Pin 2/3 is no Passage. Can faulty diodes on the pinball coils cause this error?
Please help,
greetz Gábor

I wish it was that easy, I thought that's it ... renewed the pin headers and carefully removed the coal. Between pins 2 & 3 I have zero passage as long as connector J10 is not connected. I also do not measure any continuity on the plug itself as long as it is not connected. As soon as J10 is plugged in, I have around 8-9Ohm, directly on the pinball buttons it is 7Ohm (between Blk / Yel & Blu / Gry)

Quoted from MMGB:

I think you have pin 2 and pin 3 shorted together on 2J10. Easy to do if those pins were reflowed or replaced.

2J10 is the interconnect board, the leading 2 says that? "1" is the CPU / driverboard if I remember correctly.
Is there a list of the associated numbers in the manual or should it be generally known and I forgot to have known it once.
Power / rectifier board has which digit?

Right Flipper wiring.

Demage on Interconnect Board...
I have since renewed the connector strip.
there is no measurable continuity between these two pins.
I swapped the power / rectifier board with an Earthshaker, as well as the CPU / driver board, without making any changes.
Tomorrow I'm trying to install the interconnect board from the Earthshaker, first I have to eliminate the botch that a previous owner made, the wire of Gen. III. soldered directly to the pins. (I hate such disrespect!)
Only then can I rule out the backbox as a source of error and replace the pinball coils.
Yes, I've already checked the wiring harness from the flipper buttons to the interconnect.
Why do I say everything is OK?
Because I work on the exclusion principle to make it easier for the helping community.
But I am happy to be guided through you, through measurement routines, pictures, whatever is helpful ...
