You can get regular multi ball ready and then queue up quick multi ball via the shelter. Starting them both at the same time increases the left ramp values but doesn't add an extra ball (if that's what you meant). There are only 3 balls in the game so there's no chance of stacking like you can in TSPP by starting Itchy and Scratchy while the Couch Multi ball is running. Watch the Papa tutorial. Bowen shows how to do this as I recall.
