Hello friends, I just bought a Whirlwind that's in need of a restoration. Today I noticed that 2 items:
1. the red oblong target, and
2. one of the spinners

are missing a wire connected to them. I'm quite sure this is not supposed to be. The wire that's missing is the green-blue wire I'm guessing (it has the wire that seems to be different on each target). I'm curious if anyone could help me know if this is supposed to be like this, and if not, can you just jump a wire from another target if it's just a wire that is the same from piece to piece (many video game buttons have 1 unique wire, and 1 wire that's jumped from button to button)?

If not, what should I do? Thanks!
